Constructs are either animated objects or any type of artificially constructed creatures. Most constructs are non-intelligent automatons with neither a soul nor a purpose beyond service to their creator.

Those that create constructs are for example a wizard (for protection) or gnomes (for aiding in the executing of tasks).

Constructs do not have to be made from metal, examples of constructs made from other raw material are Golems and Homunculus.
